Here’s the new album art and title. Recorded at the Elephant Lounge in Anderson IN with the wizard of sound Mr. Greg James. Who is as much apart of this music he helped facilitate. “The Flatlander” depicts more intimate writings and stories. I’m quite proud of the work we’ve done and think it features some of my best work. I hope you’ll like it when it’s all finished. We’re close. So what’s the album about?
Tales from the flatland that is Indiana, well the middle ground where I live. Songs about getting older, ha-ha. Songs about not being young anymore and being ok with that realization. Coming to terms with change, worsening eye sight and watching my relatives and friends aging with me. I hope you’ll listen and I hope you come away with some peace through the music like I did.
